General changes:

• Removed Mastery++ achievement because of it being really buggy. Will be replaced with some sort of equivilent in the next major update.
• Slightly decreased enemy scaling across all difficulties.

Bugfixes:

• Fixed Shotgun Flies shooting 2x faster than intended and their projectiles having too much range.
